Job summary

TIBA Parking Systems is seeking a Return Merchandise Administrator to support the Repair Center in Columbus, OH. You will drive the logistics of customer, consumable and third-party parts while maintaining communication with our customers mainly via email.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player, and able to take direction and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, inventory management, and reporting is expected;

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of office, data entry or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP or NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
• Maintain customer, vendor or intercompany communication.
• Keep accurate records of inventory.
• Generate ERP reports with Excel showing inventory movements.
• Manage flow of customer owned parts throughout the process of the repair.
• Receiving parts that accurately reflect their respective part numbers.
• Managing Parcel orders through UPS WorldShip (Boxing, Bubble Wrapping, shipping and posting.)
• Commute to work / Travel (very infrequent).
• Perform inventory management and equipment tracking; proficiency with computer systems is required.
