You will work with local DC leadership to ensure timely inspections, accurate documentation, and proper disposition, coordinating with customers, carriers, warehouse staff, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years in returns, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
• Experience in transportation, distribution, or supply chain environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and document all incoming product returns, including receiving, inspection, categorization, counting, and accurate data entry into the inventory management system.
• Coordinate the daily processing of returns associated with multiple trucks and incoming shipments.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments regarding return status, discrepancies, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling, storage, identification, and disposition of returned products.
• Investigate and resolve return discrepancies, including incorrect items, damaged products, shortages, overages, and missing documentation.
• Prepare and process documentation for customer credits, exchanges, replacements, or restocking.
• Maintain accurate records of all return transactions, inspections, and dispositions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and regulations.
• Monitor open returns and follow up on outstanding issues.
