Job summary

Imperial Brady in Traverse City, MI is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to lead inventory accuracy and cycle counts within our distribution operations.

You will collaborate with warehouses, monitor the warehouse management system (WMS), and help forecast potential inventory issues while maintaining high data integrity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inventory control experience in distribution operations.
• 1+ years of lead or related experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control and accuracy for the facility.
• Maintain the physical inventory.
• Improve controls.
• Identify and report operational issues.
• Consistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy.
• Validate the accuracy of products transferred between facilities.
