Sysco is seeking a detail-oriented Finance position focused on driver check-ins and return processing. You will verify product returns, sign-offs, and ensure accurate inventory accounting for pallets and company property.

You handle restocking determinations and documentation for credits, while maintaining food safety and compliance standards. The role requires strong numerical skills, ability to communicate clearly, and attention to detail in handling invoices, returns, and exception reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• English-language proficiency required.
• Basic math for inventory and quantities.

Responsabilités

• Check-in drivers who completed routes by verifying returned products, signed invoices, and accounting for pallets and company property.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols were followed on returns and coordinate with Food Safety.
• Note delivery exceptions on invoices or exception reports.
• Inspect returned products to determine restocking eligibility or if customer warrants credit.
• Adjust reason codes on invoices for efficient processing; label damaged goods with proper codes.
• Separate, stage, and count returns to match return sheets and invoices.
• List overages on the return sheet to re-enter stock in the inventory system.
