Qualifications

• Reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers who have completed their routes by verifying returned products and signed invoices.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols were followed on the return.
• Inspect returned products to determine restocking or credit decisions.
• Code damaged or returned items with the appropriate reason code.
• Count and stage returns; reconcile quantities with the return sheet and invoices.
• Enter overages on the return sheet to re-enter stock in the inventory system.
