Job summary

Sysco San Francisco, Inc. is seeking a Driver Check-in Associate to join a fast-paced foodservice team. You will verify returned products, sign invoices, and ensure accurate counts for pallets, totes, and inventory adjustments. The role supports efficient processing of returns and credits while upholding food safety standards.

Work is performed on-site in San Francisco, with opportunities to contribute to daily operations, reconciliation, and documentation for accurate inventory and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• One year of pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers who have completed routes by verifying returned products and signed invoices.
• Account for pallets, totes and other company property in returns.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed on returns and coordinate with Food Safety personnel.
• Document appropriate information for efficient processing of items.
