Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory systems, return portals, and order management platforms (e.g., Full Circle, Shopify).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process returns and exchanges per company policies for e-commerce, retail, and wholesale customers.
• Inspect returned items for quality and determine disposition (restock, refurbish, return to customer).
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve return-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for timely receipt and restocking of returns.
• Oversee intake of service orders across departments and ensure proper distribution to teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all return transactions and report trends in return reasons or product issues.
• Relay return feedback to quality control and product development teams.
• Assist customers by issuing return labels and processing refunds or credits.
