Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Returns Support Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between Inside Sales and the Returns Department, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order processing.

The role focuses on processing return orders, delivering top-notch service, and maintaining vendor and internal relationships. Ideal candidates will proactively resolve issues, collaborate for process improvements, and track invoices and product availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred.
• ERP/CRM familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Inside Sales and Returns Departments to facilitate seamless communication and operations.
• Process return orders for sales representatives and monitor progress to ensure timely product returns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams (e.g., Enterprise Solutions Group, Purchasing, Accounting).
• Track products, invoices, credit memos, and product availability within the Returns Department.
• Communicate effectively with Inside Sales Representatives for up-to-date information and world-class support.
• Proactively research and resolve issues to enhance efficiency of returns process.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to support process improvements.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication to maintain transparency and efficiency.
• Seek opportunities to optimize the returns process through collaboration.
