Job summary

Varsity Spirit has an opening for a full-time Returns Processor at our Bartlett, TN distribution center. You will coordinate with Sales and internal departments to receive, evaluate, and process returns, exchanges, and credits to meet customer expectations.

You will enter remake orders, code transactions for scheduling and billing, and build strong working relationships with Sales and Accounting to prevent errors and improve response times.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Team oriented, cross-department collaboration.
• Experience with Salesforce/OMS/AS400/PLM helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process returns entered by Sales Reps in the computer system.
• Coordinate with internal departments or vendors to avoid repeated errors on replacements.
• Coordinate shipping to external locations for inspection or alterations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Sales and Accounting to meet customer expectations.
