• Communicate with vendors to resolve return issues.
• Operate the warehouse management system to track returns actions.
• Collaborate with inventory team to keep accurate records of stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with established return procedures and safeguard assets.
• Monitor reports to ensure accurate inventory and timely product flow.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in the returns process.
• Assist in training new staff in the returns department.
