CEVA Logistics in Ridgefield, NJ seeks a Returns Depot Management Supervisor to oversee returns processing, reporting, and supervision of staff. You will coordinate the returns flow from stores, wholesalers and customers, ensuring compliance and quality service.

Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential for success. The role emphasizes supervision, reporting accuracy, and collaboration with operations on process improvements, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30 and on-call

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, Minimum four years related experience. Minimum one year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Finance or related discipline preferred or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

Responsabilités

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Overview all returns flow coming from stores, wholesalers or end customers.
• Provide clear and concise reporting to the customer on volumetric or KPI information.
• Provide responsible supervision and control for returns activities. Assist in the retention and training efforts of staff and of customers.
• Conduct meetings with staff to assess group's overall status, discuss ideas for improvement and inform staff of new developments.
