Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four years related experience.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Finance or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Provide responsible supervision and control for all departmental activities; assist in retention and training of staff and customers.
• Oversee performance statistics; review shipment documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Compute duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight and volume for imports/exports; liaise with customs officials as needed.
• Establish, monitor and revise policies for customs clearance operations.
• Identify areas of concern in client import/export processes through audits and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with operations manager and maintain after-hours rotation.
• Participate in department projects related to assigned area.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Finance or related discipline

Minimum four years related experience

Minimum one year supervisory experience

Three years of industry experience preferred
