Job summary

Granite-Telecommunications is seeking a Returns Associate to process incoming returns, verify RMAs, inspect item condition, and update our systems. You will help ensure timely disposition—restock, repair, or scrap—while preserving inventory accuracy and supporting customer credit processes.

You will log and inspect returned goods, document findings, and coordinate with RTV when needed. A high school diploma and 0–2 years in returns or warehouse work are expected; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of returns processing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safely.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP/WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log returned goods; verify against RMA and order records.
• Inspect items for condition and completeness, document findings.
• Update ERP/WMS with return status and inventory movements.
• Restock acceptable items and route nonconforming items appropriately.
• Print documentation and labels for RTV when required.
• Perform basic quality checks and elevate discrepancies.
