Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

This position is for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as an Assistant Store Manager.
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in various tasks related to the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control. The minimum age requirement is 18, and candidates must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
