Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications.

This position is for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as an Assistant Store Manager.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
2. Ensuring maximum sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, and controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory.
3. Assisting in all aspects of store operation, including merchandising and inventory control.

Physical demands: The job requires standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
