The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in wealth management, supporting clients with account-related inquiries, and building product knowledge through comprehensive training and mentorship.

Participants will receive training to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses, with a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive benefits package designed to support career

Qualifications

• SIE Exam completed or in progress.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantages and products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
