Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Chicago is launching a 16-week Return to Work program for experienced professionals returning to the workforce. As a Financial Services Representative, you will assist clients via inbound calls, answer questions about portfolios, and support education on investment products. Training for Series 7 & 63 licenses is provided by Morgan Stanley.

The role emphasizes customer service, compliance with conduct standards, and opportunities to develop sales skills within Wealth Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration (or equivalent).
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred; call center experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses paid by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley’s advantages and cross-sell suitable products.
