Job summary

Morgan Stanley is offering a Return to Work program in Sandy for experienced professionals returning to the workforce. The 16-week paid program pairs you with mentors, training, and development while placing you in roles aligned with your expertise in Wealth Management.

You will train to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses, with Morgan Stanley covering the costs. The role features a hybrid schedule and opportunities to grow within a leading global financial services firm.

Qualifications

• You’ve successfully passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• You’ve spent at least 2 years working in a customer-facing role.
• MUST be flexible to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and determining the best solution.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantage and relevant products.
• Demonstrate drive to sell by engaging customers and spotting new opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently throughout the day.
• Continually learn about investments and markets to address client needs.
• Help identify opportunities to retain clients and minimize risk when needed.
• Maintain high personal integrity and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate with other groups to resolve customer issues.
