Job summary

Morgan Stanley is launching a Return to Work program in Sandy, UT to welcome experienced professionals back into the workforce. The 16-week paid program places participants in Wealth Management roles, offering training, mentorship, and licensing support.

As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll handle inbound inquiries, learn about investments, and support clients while pursuing Series 7 & 63 licenses funded by the company.

Qualifications

• Passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and identify client needs.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley’s advantages and products.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities and achieving goals.
• Follow processes and balance time across tasks in a hybrid setting.
