Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Tampa offers a 16-week Return to Work program in the Wealth Management division. As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll handle inbound client inquiries, develop relationships, and help clients manage their portfolios.

The role includes on-the-job training and licensing support (Series 7 & 63) paid by Morgan Stanley. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a customer-facing role are preferred.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying needs and offering optimal solutions.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantages and products.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently.
