Job summary

Morgan Stanley’s Return to Work program in Sandy Utah seeks experienced professionals returning to work after a career break. The 16-week paid program provides training, mentorship, and development in Wealth Management with a path to join our Financial Services team.

As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll handle inbound calls, guide clients on portfolios, and learn about investments while training for Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must be flexible to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and determining solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantage and products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently.
• Continually learn about investments and markets to address client investment needs.
• Help the company identify opportunities to keep clients and minimize risk.
• Maintain a high level of personal integrity and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate with other groups to resolve customer issues.
