Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Tampa invites experienced professionals returning to work to join a 16-week Return to Work program in our Wealth Management division. You’ll gain training, mentorship, and exposure to client-focused roles while earning a competitive base salary.

As a Financial Services Representative, you will assist clients via inbound calls, learn about investments, and pursue Series 7 & 63 licensure funded by Morgan Stanley. A hybrid schedule is supported in our Tampa office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• MUST be flexible to a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in a call center or financial institution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s advantages and products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and spotting new opportunities.
• Handle inbound inquiries and account-related requests.
• Participate in continuing education and licensure training.
