Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Tampa offers a 16-week Return to Work program designed for professionals re-entering the workforce. The program includes training, mentorship, and development opportunities while placing you in a role aligned with your expertise within Wealth Management.

As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll support clients via inbound calls, assist with account questions, and learn about investments and regulatory requirements. A SIE exam and a degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Passed SIE Exam
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role
• Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Experience in call center or financial institution is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley products and opportunities.
• Drive sales by engaging clients and identifying new opportunities.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to account-related questions.
• Keep up with investments and market education to advise clients effectively.
