Qualifications

• SIE exam passed or in progress
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role
• Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship needed)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying needs and offering best solutions
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s advantages and products
• Drive sales by engaging customers and spotting new opportunities
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently
• Continuously learn about investments and markets to address client needs
• Support team and collaborate with other groups to resolve issues
• Maintain high integrity and comply with the Code of Conduct
• Participate in additional projects as needed
