Morgan Stanley in the United States is seeking a Financial Services Representative – Return to Work. This 16-week paid program in Sandy supports professionals returning after a career break, with paid training to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses and mentorship.

You'll engage clients, educate them on investments, and contribute to business growth in a hybrid environment while building essential sales and financial-services skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Flexible to a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying needs and offering solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s advantages and relevant products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and spotting opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently throughout the day.
• Continuously learn about investments and markets to meet client needs.
• Help identify client retention opportunities and minimize risk when needed.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and sign the required statement.
• Coordinate with other groups to resolve customer issues and take on additional tasks.
