Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Flexible to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and offering the best solution.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley’s products and advantages; suggest additional relevant offerings.
• Drive sales opportunities through client engagement.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently across the workday.
• Learn about investments and financial markets to address client needs and questions.
