You will gain industry knowledge and hands-on practice in financial services, with Morgan Stanley covering training for Series 7 & 63 licenses and offering a hybrid work environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Passed the SIE exam.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Must be flexible to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying needs and offering solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley's products and services.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities and following up.
• Handle inbound inquiries about accounts, money movement and trades.
• Support training and licensing programs for licenses paid by Morgan Stanley.
