Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of related experience including RTW or claims management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Determine objective, medically supported work restrictions for assigned claims.
• Facilitate return-to-work and accommodation through negotiation with client, provider and claimant; document all related actions.
• Document client contact in claim notes per Sedgwick CMS standards.
• Contact employers to determine physical demands, training needs, wages and benefits.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and monitor progress after placement.
• Work with team to transition from medical case management to job placement.
• Perform other duties related to accommodation/RTW evaluation as needed.
