Job summary

National Car Rental at the Las Vegas Airport Rental Car Facility is hiring a Return Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process and assist customers with returns.

This full-time position pays $15 per hour. The role requires 18+, US work authorization, a HS diploma or GED, and 1 year of customer service experience. A valid driver's license with a clean record is also required. Benefits include PTO, insurance, 401k, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services or hospitality.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Ability to work any shift including days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles and process lost and found.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Maintain an organized lot and ensure efficient flow of traffic.
• Participate in ongoing skill development and maintain reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
