National Car Rental is hiring a Return Agent at El Paso Airport to provide friendly, efficient service during the car return process and assist customers with the rental end-to-end. The role emphasizes accuracy in receipts, asset checks, and a courteous customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on arrival with prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles with unit number, date, time; log to lost and found.
• Advise on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Thank customers using prescribed dialogue.
• Inquire about service and document dissatisfaction when present.
• Discreetly check vehicles for damage and direct to the damage/loss report counter.
• Ensure fuel level is checked and recorded for returns.
• Create a service alert for mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
• Identify system-held vehicles and verify their movement to the proper lot.
• Keep the lot organized for easy access and traffic flow.
• Pursue self-improvement through training and goal setting.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
