Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience in retail, guest service, or hospitality.
• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival using approved dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles and log them into lost and found.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to airport terminal politely.
