Job summary

Fives Intralogistics is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead Services projects from sales handover through closeout, focusing on retrofit and modernization across multiple customer sites. You will serve as the main liaison among Sales, Engineering, Controls, Procurement, Field Service, and Site Management.

This role requires strong scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and clear communication to ensure on-time delivery, safety, and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer-facing projects with budgets and schedules.
• Strong ownership, organization, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach to large retrofit and modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Services projects from initiation through closeout, including schedule, budget, risk, documentation, and execution outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders across multiple sites.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status reports to customers and leadership.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue, cost, margin, and change orders.
