Job summary

Control Air Enterprises LLC seeks a Project Engineer - Retrofit in Anaheim, CA to coordinate project setup, subcontracts, and billings while working with our Retrofit & Energy team on design-build and turnkey mechanical projects.

You will liaise between department heads, field operations, and project accounting, ensuring objectives are met and client satisfaction is exceeded. Based in our Anaheim corporate office, you will visit sites and coordinate with vendors and ESCOs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of necessary internal documents for project set up
• Preparation of subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, rfi's, logs, change orders, etc for project execution
• Preparation and coordination of project billings for clients while working with our accounting team
• Site visits to understand the scope of work, evaluate progress of team, and learn from firsthand experience
• Working with our operations team to coordinate equipment, manpower, sub-contractors for tasks per project schedule
• Ensure that all project control procedures are maintained, and develop / assist in the development of additional controls as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned
