HoskBrew in Gillette, WY is seeking a highly skilled Hardware Technician to anchor our technical operations. You will deconstruct vintage systems for duplication, build physical prototypes, and assist in PCB design while serving as the primary repair expert for classic consoles and accessories.

This retro-focused role requires expert soldering, a passion for PS2 era hardware, and a collaborative mindset to work with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Deconstruction & Duplication: disassemble classic game systems, cartridges, and accessories for reverse engineering and duplication.
• Precision Soldering & Prototyping: build physical prototypes with complex, component-level soldering using magnifiers.
• PCB Design & Development: assist in designing and laying out PCBs to reproduce retro hardware or new products.
• Diagnostics & Repair: identify faults and perform lasting repairs on classic systems and accessories.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: contribute as a flexible member of a small business and adapt to needs as they arise.
