Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with fine-pitch hand soldering and component-level rework.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, work instructions, BOMs and basic engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface mount electronic components.
• Execute PCB rework, component replacement, wire modification and blue-wire changes.
• Inspect solder joints and component placement to ensure compliance with quality standards.
