Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
• Business-level English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• 1-3 years of hardware operations, repair, refurbishment, or technical support experience
• Experience with testing and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with hardware systems, electronics, or mechanical equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repair, refurbishment, and redeployment activities for operational equipment and platforms
• Assemble and disassemble hardware systems and components
• Troubleshoot and replace defective components, including computer parts, camera systems, PCB boards, and vehicle-related hardware
• Handle and operate hardware equipment, mechanical tools, soldering tools, and safety equipment
• Ensure proper maintenance and organization of repair center equipment and materials
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to support repair workflows and material movement
• Maintain accurate repair and inventory documentation
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for repair center supplies and operational materials
• Assist with forecasting workload, inventory needs, and operational capacity
• Support implementation of repair and refurbishment procedures and operational best practices
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational security procedures
• Collaborate with technical leads and operational teams to document and improve repair processes
