Job description

Electronics PCB Repair Technician (Future Team Lead)

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled PCB Electrical Technician to join our company with a clear pathway to a leadership position. The person we hire will be groomed to become the team lead and future supervisor of the department as the current manager is set to retire in the next couple of years. You'll start as a hands‑on technician, taking on more responsibility and learning the ins and outs of department management from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality assurance and inspection on all incoming electrical equipment.
  • Expertly repair and recondition printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Troubleshoot, test, and diagnose electrical and PCB board issues.
  • Assemble and repair various cables, including multi‑pin DC power cables.
  • Handle high‑powered industrial vacuums (up to 7500 volts) while strictly following all safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, project planning, and other departmental tasks.
  • Proactively identify and report any irregularities or unsafe situations.
  • Complete ancillary department‑related tasks as required.

Compensation & Logistics

  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (with a ½ hour lunch)
