Job summary

Sirius Talent Group is seeking Repairman & Debug Technicians to join our production support team in Whitsett, NC. We welcome hands-on technicians with troubleshooting experience to help diagnose, repair, and test hardware and finished products.

Ideal candidates have experience with electronics or hardware repair, comfort with small components, and a strong attention to detail. Training and safety standards are emphasized on all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification.
• Experience with electronics, computers, or hardware repair (preferred).
• Comfortable working with small components and tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment as needed.
• Familiar with ESD (electrostatic discharge) practices (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware components and finished products
• Identify root causes of issues through testing and analysis
• Run diagnostics and replicate problems to find solutions
• Work with team members (quality, engineering, technicians) to resolve issues
• Document defects, repairs, and findings
• Separate and track non-working or defective products
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
