Job summary

New Life Ranch in Flint Valley is seeking a Retreats Manager to shape meaningful experiences for retreat guests and to lead our SERVE gap year program. You’ll serve as a host for groups, ensuring a welcoming, organized retreat environment and guiding guests from arrival to departure.

You will recruit, train, and develop a team of young adults, investing in their growth and helping them take meaningful steps in their leadership journey and in following God’s leading.

About the role:

As the Retreats Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to shape two significant areas of ministry at New Life Ranch, Flint Valley: creating meaningful experiences for retreat guests and investing deeply in the next generation of leaders through our SERVE gap year program. As part of the Flint Valley Guest Services team, you’ll work alongside others to create an exceptional experience for every group, regularly serving as their host and helping them feel set up for a meaningful retreat. You’ll also lead the SERVE program by recruiting, training, and developing a team of young adults, investing in their personal and professional growth and helping them take meaningful steps toward where God is leading them.
