New Life Ranch, Inc. in Oklahoma is seeking a Retreats Manager to shape meaningful retreat experiences at Flint Valley and mentor the SERVE gap year program, recruiting and developing a young team.

Joining our Guest Services team, you’ll host groups, coordinate logistics, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for while modeling Christlike character, effective planning, and a flexible schedule in a relational, fun work culture.

About the role:

As the Retreats Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to shape two significant areas of ministry at New Life Ranch, Flint Valley: creating meaningful experiences for retreat guests and investing deeply in the next generation of leaders through our SERVE gap year program. As part of the Flint Valley Guest Services team, you’ll work alongside others to create an exceptional experience for every group, regularly serving as their host and helping them feel set up for a meaningful retreat. You’ll also lead the SERVE program by recruiting, training, and developing a team of young adults, investing in their personal and professional growth and helping them take meaningful steps toward where God is leading them.
