Job summary

New Life Ranch, Inc. is seeking an energetic Activities Manager to coordinate guest programs and lead staff at our Oklahoma retreat. This role focuses on engaging campers through ropes, go-karts, laser tag, and pool activities with training provided. The schedule is dynamic, with weekend and evening shifts common.

You will manage scheduling, ensure safety protocols, and deliver exceptional service to guests while fostering a fun, relational team environment.

About the role:

We are looking for staff that are interested in helping accomplish the mission of New Life Ranch through serving our guests by running activities . Any time a group comes to New Life Ranch, Frontier Cove we work with them to make their time here as meaningful as possible. One of the many ways we do that is by offering scheduled activities. These activities include Target Sports, Laser tag, and Trail Rides, but mostly entail Ropes, Go-Karts, and the pool during warmer seasons. Hourly work is variable due to the fact that our retreat schedule is very dynamic. The Activities Manager lets staff know about work opportunities as they arise. Training is provided forour ropes course and go-kart track . We have part-time hours available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Lifeguard certification is preferred, but not required.
