Job summary

New Life Ranch, Inc. in Oklahoma is seeking a Construction Crew member to help maintain, upgrade, and build facilities at both Flint Valley and Frontier Cove.

This full-time role offers on-the-job training and a chance to contribute to a faith-centered team that serves guests, campers, and colleagues. You will gain varied experience across projects, learn carpentry, concrete formwork, grading, and equipment operation, with the ability to learn new skills and software as needed.

Qualifications

• Christlike character and professionalism in all interactions.
• Basic construction skills including equipment operation, grading, carpentry, concrete formwork and finishing.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to on-the-job training.
• Basic knowledge of common computer programs and the ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, upgrade, and build the facilities at New Life Ranch across Flint Valley and Frontier Cove.
• Assist on a variety of projects to gain diverse on-site experience.
• On-the-job training available to develop skills.

About the role:

As a member of the Construction Crew you will be a part of a dynamic team working to maintain, upgrade, and build the facilities at New Life Ranch, across both of our sites, Flint Valley and Frontier Cove. You will receive a varied job experience assisting on many types of projects, with on the job training available.

Full time hours are available, and preferred. Consistent part time availability will be considered.
