Job summary

Hale Akua Garden Farm & Eco-Retreat seeks a Retreat Sales Executive in Hawaii to coordinate sales, tours, and planning for group retreats while ensuring top-tier guest service. You will manage inquiries, proposals, quotes, and contracts, and foster partnerships with retreat leaders to grow retreat bookings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, customer-centric and proactive.
• Proficient with Zoom, Slack, Outlook, Google Drive, MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Familiarity with Retreat Guru PMS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retreat logistics and client communication.
• Develop and foster business through proactive and reactive sales, telemarketing, appointment calls and property tours.
• Provide guests with room options and address their needs during their stay.
• Lead group retreat planning and execution from start to finish with retreat leaders.
• Manage inquiries and follow-ups with a 24-hour response time.
