Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Remote Hawaii Complex Group Sales Manager to effectively solicit and manage accounts across the Hawaii market and support properties in Maui. The role focuses on driving hotel revenues through strategic sales, account development, and proactive lead generation.

Your duties include outside sales engagement, trade shows, client entertainment, and close collaboration with the sales team to maximize occupancy and ADR while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive hotel group sales experience.
• Role can be remote in AZ or TX; requires travel.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with all Highgate Hotel sales policies and selling techniques with an emphasis on maximizing occupancy and ADR.
• Develop and execute plans to engage in outside sales calls, industry tradeshows and customer events.
• Meet or exceed set goals.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling.
