Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree preferred in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in hospitality sales or account management is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel for business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with wholesale, consortia, travel advisor partners, and other leisure sales partners.
  • Represent Highgate Hawaii at calls, meetings, trade shows, and events as assigned.
  • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies for assigned hotels and accounts.
  • Monitor account production, revenue, and booking pace; report trends to Area Sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and hotel teams to maximize opportunities.
