Hale Akua Garden Farm & Eco Retreat Center on Maui seeks an enthusiastic Retreat Programs Executive to develop and foster business through proactive sales, telemarketing, appointment calls and property tours of the retreat center.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and support staff to ensure rooms and venues meet a high standard of service, while expanding partnerships with retreat leaders internationally.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelors degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities and customer-centric focus.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with initiative.
• Proficient in Zoom, Slack, Outlook, Google Drive, MS Office, Excel and Word.
• Able to learn Retreat Guru PMS for daily retreat management.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and build strategic relationships.
• Experience managing multiple projects and multitasking.
• Must currently live in Hawaii and be willing to relocate to Maui.

Responsabilités

• Be a concierge for retreat leaders; plan, organize and execute retreats from start to finish.
• Give property tours to potential retreat leaders; answer questions about lodging and venues.
• Explain Hale Akua facilities to retreat leaders and how to use them.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff to ensure rooms meet high service standards.
• Develop partnerships with retreat groups and teachers internationally to expand offerings.
• Handle retreat inquiries via website and phone; provide excellent customer support with prompt follow-ups (within 24 hours).
• Prospect new relationships with retreat leaders across Hawaii and the mainland; cold calling as needed.
• Assist with bookings: proposals, contracts, customer correspondence, accounting in Retreat Guru PMS.
• Aim to maximize revenues to hit quarterly and yearly targets.
• Assist other guest services staff with daily tasks like check-ins/outs and guest service.
• Listen to customers' needs and maintain high level of service per Hale Akua standards.
