TravelCenters of America is seeking a dedicated team member for a retread manufacturing role at a TA facility. You will inspect and buff tire carcasses, apply rubber compounds, cure retreaded tires, and ensure quality at each stage, while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must follow all safety procedures and work safely.
• Must work well in a results-oriented, fast-paced team.
• Must be goal oriented and ensure quality and production targets.
• Must possess a mechanical aptitude.
• Read and write to communicate with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and buffing tire carcasses for retreading.
• Applying rubber compounds to retread tires.
• Curing retreaded tires and performing quality checks.
• Scanning and tracking tires through each retread step.
• Following safety policies and using protective equipment.
