Goodyear is seeking a Retread Technician to join our on-site team. You will participate in the life-extension process of tires through inspection, buffing, casing repairs, retread application, and final quality checks.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities within Goodyear CTSC nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires to assess retread eligibility.
• Buff the casing to remove worn tread.
• Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the casing.
• Apply rubber cement or patch to repair the casing.
• Build the tire by applying new tread and cure the retread.
• Perform final inspection for safety and quality.
