Asure Software Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Retirement Sales Executive to drive revenue through Asure's retirement solutions. This hunter role emphasizes pipeline development, discovery sessions, and high-velocity presentations to surpass sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of consultative retirement sales, experience selling SaaS, and proficiency with Salesforce.com and virtual meeting tools. OTE $130,000–$140,000 with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Successful experience selling HCM and/or Retirement plan solutions required.
• Minimum of 2 years consultative retirement sales experience required.
• Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful and solution-oriented problem solver.
• Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively.
• Pro‑active, results oriented and team‑oriented approach to sales.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools.
• Must have a valid U.S. Drivers License to be eligible for hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects through high volume prospecting activities.
• Engage referral partners and upsell within current HCM customer base.
• Deliver value-driven discovery sessions and high-impact presentations.
• Create value-driven proposals aligned to discovery findings and timelines.
