Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
- Seven years of product development in retirement industry.
- Deep knowledge of retirement product features and regulatory changes.
- Strong profitability metrics knowledge.
- Analytical skills for market analysis, sizing, and risk/compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation abilities.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish and drive strategic vision for market analysis and intelligence.
- Prioritize market opportunities and shape long-term product roadmap.
- Lead product development with cross-functional alignment and targets.
- Oversee feasibility assessments and opportunity sizing.
- Partner with leadership to define investment priorities and GTM plans.
- Develop executive-level communications and strategic recommendations.
- Engage distributors and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
